Edward van Ryswyck (1871 - 1931, Dutch artist.)

In the span of just a hundred years, thousands upon thousands of paintings were produced by prolific Dutch painters. One of the most surprising aspects of this unprecedented artistic production was its great variety of themes and styles. Still life developed as a separate category in the Netherlands in the last quarter of the 16th century.
Still life with sweet chestnuts
Freshly cut roses on a mossy tile
Still life with poppies in a vase and a Japanese doll
Still life of flowers with dragonflies in front of a lake
 Sweet peas and figs
